At IDRG (International Disposal Recycling Group), we develop food-grade PCR plastic resins certified through sustainable and traceable processes, from collection to pelletizing.

Who is IDRG?​

Over 5 million plastic wastes recycled in 2023.

IDRG was founded to address the growing demand for PCR recycled resins with controlled quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

Located in Lerma, State of Mexico, we have a 17,000 m² plant, an in-house laboratory, a water treatment system, and 4 state-of-the-art extruders.

2021

Founding of IDRG

The company is established in Lerma, State of Mexico, with the goal of producing food-grade PCR recycled resin under a sustainable and traceable recycling model.

2022

Start of operations.

The first two washing, drying, and extrusion lines are put into operation, along with the water treatment plant for circular operation.

2023

Scaling and Certification

Capacity is increased with four extruders, filtration and optical sorting systems are installed, and the FDA certification process is initiated with a no-objection letter.

2024

Expansion of the portfolio.

The i-Lene® and r-Lene® lines are launched with food applications. Collection channels are expanded, and progress is made on certifications with international clients.

2025

Integration into Grupo NEARS.

IDRG is integrated as the group's recycling unit, strengthening its focus on circular and traceable solutions.
